"This study examines the impact of Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Motivation on the performance of teachers and staff at Sekolah Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Jakarta, with Work Engagement serving as a mediating variable in the relationship\r\nbetween Transformational Leadership and Performance. The research is grounded in the importance of performance as a measure of organizational success, as well as a gap identified in previous studies concerning the link between leadership and performance. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive design and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, based on data collected through\r\nquestionnaires from 190 respondents in March 2025. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Motivation each have a positive and significant effect on Performance, while Work Engagement was found to mediate the\r\neffect of Transformational Leadership on Performance. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the development of a model that positions Work Engagement as a mediator to address gaps in previous research.
