	bibo:abstract "Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya hubungan traits-kepribadian big five dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan yang telah menikah selama lebih dari 20 tahun. Penelitian ini melibatkan 98 pasangan suami istri yang berdomisili di Jakarta dengan karakteristik sampel penelitian usia pernikahan lebih dari 20 tahun dan monogamy. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis uji korelasi spearman. Uji korelasi spearman antara traits-kepribadian big five dan kepuasan pernikahan menunjukkan beberapa hasil yang beragam. Pertama, dimensi conscientiousness memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan, dengan nilai r = 0,240, p = 0,017 < 0,05. Kedua, dimensi agreeableness memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan, dengan nilai r = 0,215, p = 0,034 < 0,05. Ketiga, dimensi neuroticism memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan, dengan nilai r = -0,258, p = 0,010 < 0,05. Keempat, dimensi openness to experience dan extraversion tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan."^^xsd:string;
