Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial interest, digital business transformation ability, hard and soft skills, and innovative digital ideas on behavioral intention to use and entrepreneurial decisions to go digital for women entrepreneurs in Solo City.
The research emphasizes the collection of quantitative analysis data. This research was conducted in the city of Solo on female MSEs registered with the Dinas Koperasi dan UMK. The unit of analysis in this study is women entrepreneurs who have micro and small-scale businesses spread across 5 sub-districts. The
instrument used in collecting data is using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis.
The results of this study show that entrepreneurial interest, digital business transformation skills, and hard and soft skills have a significant effect on behavioral intention to use and entrepreneurial decisions to go digital. Behavioral intention to use has a significant effect on the decision to go digital.
Entrepreneurial interest, digital business transformation skills, and hard and soft skills have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial decision to go digital through behavioral intention to use mediation, while innovative digital does not have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial decision to go digital through behavioral intention to use mediation. Innovative digital ideas do not have a significant effect on behavioral intention to use and entrepreneurial decisions to go digital. These findings confirm that entrepreneurial interest, digital business transformation capabilities, and hard and soft skills play a significant role in influencing the intention and decision of women entrepreneurs to adopt digital technology, which can be integrated into the Technology Acceptance Model. The government and relevant stakeholders can support women entrepreneurs in the adoption of digital technology through financial incentives, technical training, mentoring, access to infrastructure, and collaborative programs. Through this research model, it is hoped that the government will encourage female MSME entrepreneurs so that their businesses use digitalization-based technology for product marketing andcan compete, apart from that, there needs to be continuous collaboration and coaching between MSME entrepreneurs, the government and BUMN as mentors.
