Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of university support on students' entrepreneurial success through the mediation variables of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions at private universities in Jakarta. A quantitative approach is used to test and analyze factors that influence entrepreneurial success. Research
locations at Univ.A dan Univ.B, DKI Jakarta. The research population was undergraduate students taking entrepreneurship courses. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Structural Equation Model. The research results show that university support has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. University support has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy
mediates the relationship between university support and entrepreneurial intention.
Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurial intentions have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurial intention mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial success at private universities in Jakarta. The findings of this research indicate that entrepreneurial
intention to entrepreneurial success is the path relationship that has the greatest contribution in the research model. The impact of university support on entrepreneurial success through the mediation of self-efficacy shows positive results but is not significant. The research results show that the mediation relationship is the lowest contribution in the research model. The empirical implication for these two private universities is that students who receive university support, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions have a higher level of entrepreneurial success.
