Abstract

The purpose study to determine the effect of Eco Innovation and Eco Intellectual Capital on Sustainable Performance with Strategic Learning mediating role in FnB MSMEs in Jakarta. Based on the increasing number of residents that influences the increase in the number of MSMEs, especially in West Jakarta MSMEs and has an
impact on the amount of waste produced. The gap that underlies this study is: the lack of research discussing sustainable performance in Indonesian FnB MSMEs, especially in areas with the highest waste volume such as West Jakarta, the absence
of research that tests Eco Innovation and Eco Intellectual Capital in one model with Strategic Learning as mediation. The researchtheory are Knowledge-Based View (KBV), Dynamic Capability View (DCV), using quantitative research methods with
causal and exploratory approaches, and data collection using purposive sampling and Google Form.Research analysis uses Partial Least Square-Structual Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software application ver 4.1.1.4. The results of the study on primary data from 120 respondents of FnB MSMEs in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, showed that Eco-Innovation had a positive but insignificant effect on Sustainable Performance, while Eco-Intellectual Capital had a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Performance. In addition, Eco-Innovation and EcoIntellectual Capital were shown to have a positive and significant effect on Strategic Learning. Strategic Learning also had a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Performance. Strategic learning significantly mediated the relationship between
Eco-Innovation and Sustainable Performance in full mediation, and between EcoIntellectual Capital and Sustainable Performance in partial mediation.
