Abstract

This study examines the influence of Supply Chain Finance, Asset Utilization, Liquidity, and Firm Size on Firm Performance in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. The research was motivated by the decline in company performance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted supply chains, liquidity, and operational efficiency. Using the Resource Dependence Theory (RDT) and Resource-Based View (RBV) frameworks, this study explains how external resource dependence and internal resource utilization affect financial outcomes. The sample includes 37 FMCG companies selected through purposive sampling. Supply Chain Finance was measured by the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Asset Utilization by Total Asset
Turnover (TATO), Liquidity by Current Ratio (CR), Firm Size by Log of Total Assets, and Firm Performance by Return On Assetss (ROA). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with EViews. The results indicate that Asset Utilization and Liquidity have
significant effects on Firm Performance, while Supply Chain Finance and Firm Size do not show significant effects. These findings suggest that internal factors such as asset efficiency
and liquidity management have a stronger influence on company performance compared to external financing mechanisms or firm size. The study provides theoretical implications by integrating RDT and RBV and offers practical insights for managers to strengthen internal financial strategies to maintain Firm Performance in uncertain economic conditions.
