Abstract

The banking industry plays a vital role in a country, as all industries and communities are connected to the banking sector. Banks serve a primary function of collecting and distributing public funds, while also supporting the implementation of national development
aimed at enhancing economic equality, equitable distribution, and national stability. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Operating Expenses to Operating Income, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, and Loan to Deposit Ratio on the Value of Banking Companies on the IDX for the quarterly period 2021 - 2023. The population in this study were all banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 43 samples and 476 observation data. The data processing technique used the Eviews 12 application. The results of the study indicate BOPO has a negative and significant effect
on the Banking Firm Value. The results of the study indicate CAR has a positive and significant effect on the Banking Firm Value. The results of the study indicate NPL and LDR have a negative and insignificant effect on the Banking Firm Value.
