Abstract
This study aims to analyze the performance of PT. XYZ, an automotive component trading company, uses the SWOT and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approaches. The study examines the company’s performance from four BSC perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and learning. The data used includes primary data, such as interviews with management regarding the company’s vision, mission, SWOT analysis, and performance. Secondary data were taken from financial reports and other sources. A SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while the Balanced Scorecard was used to translate strategies into measurable operational objectives. The results show that PT. XYZ has several strengths, such as brand credibility, competitive product prices, and good product quality. However, the company faces weaknesses such as limited storage capacity and reliance on overseas suppliers. The research recommends development strategies based on the SWOT and BSC analysis, including improving cost efficiency, developing product innovations, and enhancing customer
satisfaction. These strategies are expected to improve the whole company’s performance, both in the short and long term.
