Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on success based on the service system in micro businesses in the food and beverage sector in the city of Karawang and find out what entrepreneurial characteristics each owner must have to achieve business success. The data used is secondary data originating from a place (café) in the food and beverage sector. The sampling technique uses a simple
random sampling technique, taking samples of population members in a random manner without paying attention to the strata contained in the population. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis with validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis tests, and path analysis. Research was carried out to determine the influence between dimensions of the Entrepreneurial Characteristics variable (X1), Service System (X2) and Business Success variable (Y). From the results of this analysis,
it can be seen that three dimensions/constructs are in variable "X" and two dimensions/constructs are in variable "Y".
