Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green finance and green innovation on firm value with firm size as a mediating variabel. in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage
sub-sector. The data were processed using the panel data regression method with the Eviews 12 testing tool. The results in this study prove that green finance and green innovation have no effect on firm size, green finance has a positive effect on firm value,
green innovation has no effect on firm value, firm size has a negative effect on firm value, firm size does not mediate the relationship between green finance on firm value and the
relationship between green innovation on firm value. This study contributes theoretically to increase understanding and knowledge related to the role of green finance, green innovation, and firm size on firm value. Meanwhile, the practical contribution is to encourage company management to focus more on implementing green finance, and provide insight to investors about the importance of green policies
