Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and quality of work life on employee performance with ongoing employee mediation at PT. XYZ. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study was 104 respondents and they were employees in the PT construction sector. XYZ who has worked for at least 6 months. The data collection tool in the research used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this research show that self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee existence. The quality of work life has a positive effect on employee performance. The quality of work life has a positive effect on employees. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement can mediate the relationship between selfefficacy and quality of work life on employee performance
