Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation, organizational commitment, and work engagement on Turnover Intention in PUSLATDA KONI East Java athletes. This research uses the SmartPLS analysis method to test the relationship between
the variables in question. Data was collected through a questionnaire given to athletes registered at the KONI East Java Regional Training Center (PUSLATDA). The results of data analysis show that compensation, organizational commitment, and work engagement significantly influence turnover intention in PUSLATDA KONI East Java athletes. The policy implication of the results of this research is that the management of PUSLATDA KONI East Java needs to pay attention to these factors in increasing athlete retention and welfare.
Increasing compensation in accordance with athlete contributions, improving educational facilities and allowances, as well as efforts to strengthen organizational commitment and work engagement can help reduce the level of turnover intention and improve overall athlete performance. By implementing these strategies, PUSLATDA KONI East Java management can increase athlete retention, reduce turnover intention levels, and ultimately improve athlete performance and overall welfare. The contribution of this research lies in providing empirical insight into the factors that influence turnover intention among athletes, which can be used as a reference for organizational managers
