Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty in the Melati pediatric inpatient ward, Ciawi Regional Hospital, Bogor Regency. This
research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach using 27 indicators with a calculated sample size of 135 respondents. Data processing in this research uses the Partial
Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-sem) method which is divided into inner model analysis, outer model analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it was found that there was a significant influence between service quality and patient satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality also has a positive influence on patient loyalty and patient satisfaction has a significant influence on patient loyalty.
