Abstract
This study aimed to detemine the effect of transformational, transactional, laissez faire leadership on job satisfaction. The researcher using purposive sampling was used and 350 respondents were gathered from four branches which had turnover rate above 5%. Result showed that transformational, transactional, laissez faire leadership had an influence job satisfaction. The result also showed that individualized influence (behavior) and intellectual stimulation had an influence on salary and individual consideration had an influence on reward as well as operating procedure. Contingent reward had an influence on promotion.
