Abstract
Employee satisfaction is one of the most important factors in term of company or organization success. The higher job satisfaction will increase employee motivation and performance in achieving company goal. Two factors which could affect the employee satisfaction are bureaucracy system and team works. In that case, we would like to analyze the correlation between bureaucracy’s system, team works, and the employee satisfaction. The simple random sampling method will be used to determine the sample or respondent. Population in this analysis is PT. Praba Indopersada head office employees. Method of collecting prime data is by questionnaire. The prime data that collected will be tested for the validity and reliability. The valid and reliable data will be used in descriptive analysis and parametric analysis (correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression, and hypothesis test). The parametric analysis will be implemented by SPSS software. The result of this analysis shows that there are have positive and significant correlation between bureaucracy system, team works, and employee satisfaction.
