Abstract
"This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on work engagement. Subject in this study consist of 105 employees of PT X. In this study using two questionnaires: quality of work life and work engagement questionnaires. The results show that quality of work life affect work engagement (t = 4,761 and p = 0,000 < 0,01). Quality of work life can explain work engagement by 18%. "
