Abstract
School is one of the most important environments in adolescence. The state of the school environment will greatly affect students 'self and students' success in school. A supportive environment will also be a factors that can affect student self-efficacy in the course of completion to achieve a certain goal. One of these factors is the sense of belonging of students to the school or can also be called the sense of school membership. This research is a quantitative research using linear regression method. The purpose of this research is to know the role of sense of school membership toward self-efficacy in senior high school students. This study took the subject of 421 students. Regression results revealed that sense of school membership have effect towards self-efficacy, the score shows that R ² = 0,186 and F = 47,783 (p = 0,000 <0,05). The t values for the school belonging dimensions were 5.104 and p = 0,000 <0.05 and the t value for the rejection dimension was -5.563 and p = 0,000 <0.05. It is concluded that there is a role of various dimensions of sense of school membership toward self-efficacy is 18.6% and is also seen that rejection dimension has a greater role to self-efficacy, t = -5.563 and p = 0,000 <0.05.
