Abstract
PD. Berkat Plastik Industri is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of industrial products made from plastic. One of the Products Ade krom production process is powder box which consist of lid and body. The ari fixed Products, but however there are still many defects found in the final product. In addition to product defects, often seen the ide operators while waiting for the results of the injection. The suggested improvement si by using lean six sigma to reduce waste with value stream mapping process tools to achieve zero defect with FMEA approach. The result achieved are the PCE value for the manufacture of powder box is 19,15% and the level of sigma of lid and body powder box powder box are 3.794 and 3.598 respectively before the improvement suggestions. PCE values increased to 33,27% after the suggested value stream mapping si applied.
