Over consumption of alcohol and fruktose, also obesity are lifestyle factors related dietary which signicficantly increase the plasma uric acid level. Purine, and calorie retriction, low carbohydrate, high protein and unsaturated fat are recomended in terms dietary modification of lowering plasma uric acid and gout attacks.
