Abstract

The existence of human resources in a project is very important in the sustainability of a project. If the human resources in a project are not met, the risk is the failure of the project. Generally, human resources consist of thinking power and physical power. Project control needs to involve strict supervision of human resources so that a person's competence is needed to complete an employment in accordance with the expertise of a railroad expert and telecommunications signal expert. People who are competent in a project are among the factors to accelerate the progress of project outcomes. The complexity of the double-double track project of Manggarai-Bekasi this project requires experts who are competent in their field. This study aims to identify factors that must be owned by an expert in the double-double track project construction of Manggarai-Bekasi.
