Abstract
Nutritional status of elementary students is really important because there’s a significant increase in growth rate. This cross sectional study was done in SDN Tomang 08 Pagi. The aim of the study is to get the nutritional status of the student by measuring height, weight and calculating BMI. Using the growth chart of WHO 2007, from total 215 respondents, according to their BMI/age: there are 26 (12.1 %) respondents with obesity, 31 (14,4 %) respondents with overweight, 141 (65.6 %) respondents with normal, 12 (5.6 %) respondents with thin, and 5 (2.3 %) respondents with severe thin. According to their height/age: there are 2 (0.9 %) respondents with tall, 186 (86.5 %) respondents with normal, 25 (11.6 %) respondents with stunted , and 2 (0.9 %) respondents with very stunted.
