Abstract

The purpose of this study 1) to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. 2) to examine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. 3) to examine the influence between personality and entrepreneurial intentions. 4) to examine the effect of the role of family factors on entrepreneurial intentions. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed online and manually. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who were students of Universitas Tarumanagara. The sample selection technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used the PLS SEM method. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, personality had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, the role of family factors had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy, Personality, Role of Family Factors, Entrepreneurial Intentions. Tujuan dari penelitian ini 1) untuk menguji pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha. 2) untuk menguji pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap niat berwirausaha. 3) untuk menguji pengaruh antara kepribadian dan niat berwirausaha. 4) untuk menguji pengaruh antara peran faktor keluarga terhadap niat berwirausaha. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan secara manual. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa/i Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, peran faktor keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, Kepribadian, Peran Faktor Keluarga, Niat Berwirausaha
