Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh job insecurity, work stress, dan work-family conflict terhadap burnout karyawan pada PT Trijaya Utama FP di Jakarta Barat. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan bantuan Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling dan bantuan program SMART PLS. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan, work stress berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan, work-family conflict berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan Kata Kunci: Job Insecurity, Work Stress, Work-Family Conflict, Burnout. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of job insecurity, work stress, and work-family conflict towards burnout of employee at PT Trijaya Utama FP in West Jakarta. Sample was choosen with non-probability sampling method with 50 employees as sample and using Google Form as tools to share the questionaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square with Structural Equation Modelling approach with the assistance of SMART PLS software. The result shows that job insecurity have a positif non significant effect towards burnout of employees, work stress has a positive significant effect towards burnout of employees, work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect towards burnout of employees.
