Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value in banking companies state-owned enterprisis listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2020. The sample of this study was 4 samples selected through purposive sampling method. Company data for sample selection was taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely idx.co.id and investing.com Data processing is done using Eviews 11 software. The results of this study indicate that profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV); and leverage (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV); Keywords: Profitability, leverage, firm value. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2020. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 4 sampel yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data perusahaan untuk pemilihan sampel diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu idx.co.id dan investing.com. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Eviews 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV); dan leverage (DER) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
