Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial abilities and skills, Attitude toward behaviour, Subjective norms, and Perceived desirability on student entrepreneurship intention at Tarumanagara University with using purposive sampling method. Sample in this research consist of 100 students of Tarumanagara University. The method data of this collection in this study uses questionnaires and data analysis using SmartPLS 3.3.2. The result showed that Entrepreneurial abilities and skills, Attitude toward behaviour had an influence on entrepreneurial intention while Subjective norms, and Perceived desirability did not have an influence on entrepreneurial intention on students of Tarumanagara University. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan, Sikap kewirausahaan, Norma subyektif dan Keinginan yang dirasakan terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kemampuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan Sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara , sedangkan Norma subyektif dan Keinginan yang dirasakan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara.
