Abstract

This research is carried out with the aim of knowing the influence of Compensation, Work Motivation and Stress on the performance of employees in Disctrict 8 Starbucks Coffee Jakarta During Pandemic. The research method used is quantitative research method. The data collection method used was the questionnaire distributed to 60 employees on District 8 Starbucks Coffee Jakarta. The research method uses SmartPLS. Research findings indicate that compensation and work motivation have positive influence and significant impact on employee performance, But Stress has negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Stres terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Starbucks Coffee Distrik 8 Jakarta selama masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 karyawan Starbucks Coffee Distrik 8 Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan Stres berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
