Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance and the effect of work motivation on employee performance. In this study using a total sample of 52 respondents. This research method uses SmartPLS and uses a descriptive one. The results of hypothesis testing conducted in this study revealed that there was a positive influence of work discipline on the performance of PT Mata Aerozon Nusantara employees in West Jakarta. There is a positive influence of motivation on the performance of PT Mata Aerozon Nusantara employees in West Jakarta. Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan mengambil sampel total 52 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan menggunakan yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mata Aerozon Nusantara di Jakarta Barat. Terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mata Aerozon Nusantara di Jakarta Barat. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
