Abstract

This research’s purpose is to see if VF is effected by GCG and CSR, this research is made due to the results that the author has read from the previous research, where in some cases resulted GCG has an effect towards VF and in some other case only CSR has an effect towards VF. Thus the author decided to create this research in hope to clear the fluctuation of the previous research, the author hopes that this research can help investors that want to invest their funds and also the people reading this article. In the usage of GCG and CSR it’s purpose is to show the capability of performance from the company. So that in the future, investors will be interested to invest in the company. The population for this research consist of all the banks that is listed in the IDX since 2017-2019. The sample of the research is picked using the purposive sampling method thus leaving 4 Government banks. The sample is taken due to the criteria given to pick the sample, the criteria is: First, Banking company that’s been listed in the IDX from 2017-2019. Second, banking company that is Government owned and has been listen from 2017-2019. Third, banking company that has the appropriate financial statement and other x necessary data needed to conduct this research. Based on the Multiple linier regression it can be concluded that GCG has a positive impact on Value of the Firm and CSR also has a positive impact on VF Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Value of the Firm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah Nilai Perusahaan dapat terpengaruh oleh Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility. Penelitian ini dibuat karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang terdahulu hasil penelitian selalu menunjukkan hasil yang fluktuatif dimana ada beberapa penelitian yang menunjukkan hasil Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh dan ada juga yang memberi hasil sebaliknya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat bagi para investor yang ingin menanamkan modalnya dan masyarakat, dalam penggunaan Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility yang telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan memiliki tujuan untuk memperlihatkan kemampuan menjalankan performa yang baik dari perusahaan, sehingga dalam jangka waktu panjang investor akan semakin tertarik dan dapat meningkatkan saham perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2017-2019. Sampel untuk penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 4 perusahaan perbankan dengan kriteria sebagai berikut. Pertama, perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2019. Kedua, perusahaan perbankan milik BUMN yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Ketiga, perusahaan perbankan yang memiliki laporan keuangan yang lengkap dan memiliki data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier bergand, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kedua, Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Nilai Perusahaan.
