Abstract

Human resources are the main assets that must be managed properly in order to assist the company in achieving its goals. PT SBB OPPO is engaged in electronics and technology that provides OPPO smartphone electronic devices. This company produces Oppo smartphones that have a high reputation, both locally and internationally. Therefore, workers in companies need to be required to have high integrity, discipline and have a sense of responsibility. Not only that, companies also need to pay attention to the performance of their employees with supporting factors for employee performance, including transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction. Employees who are guided by transformational leadership will produce many changes for the better and can continue to improve their performance by motivating employees to present an attitude of initiative in completing their duties and responsibilities and can work optimally in order to achieve the expected results. This will also lead to a sense of satisfaction in its employees so that employees will continue to maintain this attitude to continue to feel satisfaction while working. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. SBB OPPO. In this study, researchers distributed questionnaires to several predetermined criteria with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The method used in data analysis is a quantitative method using Structural Equatiion Modeling (SEM), which was analyzed with the help of SmartPLS Software version 3.3.3. The results showed that transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT SBB OPPO. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for employees or superiors at PT. SBB OPPO, and can solve problems related to transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction that have an impact on employee performance. Based on this research, it is expected that the company will continue to pay attention to the applied transformational leadership style and provide work motivation and job satisfaction for its employees, this will make employees make improvements to their professional performance and will continue to be committed to achieving the goals of PT.
