Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Narisha Beauty Clinic in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The form of management development in this organization is human resources.In this study, researchers distributed questionnaires to all employees at Narisha Beauty Clinic with a total sample of 60 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data are processed with the help of the SmartPLS software application version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Narisha Beauty Clinic in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The results of this study are expected to provide tangible benefits for employees at Narisha Beauty Clinic. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada narisha beauty klinik di kupang nusa tenggara timur. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan di Narisha Beauty Klinik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data tersebut diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi Software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Narisha Beauty Klinik di Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi karyawan di Narisha Beauty Klinik. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja karyawan
