Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of entrepreneurship education, financial support, market availability as independent variables on entrepreneurial attitude and its impact on entrepreneurial intention in Management Students FEB UNTAR. The research design used was descriptive research, the sample in this study used non- probability sampling. Collecting data in this study through online questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents from Management Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University in West Jakarta. The results in this study state that entrepreneurship education has no effect on entrepreneurial intention. financial support has a positive and strong effect on entrepreneurial intention. market availability has no effect on entrepreneurial intention. entrepreneurial attitude has a positive and very strong effect on entrepreneurial intention. The practical implication is that individual encouragement to increase entrepreneurial intention for students emphasizes financial support to build entrepreneurial attitude which indirectly affects entrepreneurial intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh entrepreneurship education, financial support, market availability sebagai variabel independen terhadap entrepreneurial attitude dan dampaknya terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada Mahasiswa Manajemen FEB UNTAR, Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuisioner online yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden Mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara di Jakarta Barat. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa entrepreneurship education tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intention. financial support berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap entrepreneurial intention. market availability tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intention. entrepreneurial attitude berpengaruh positif dan sangat kuat terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Implikasi praktisnya adalah dorongan individu untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurial intention bagi mahasiswa menekankan pada financial support untuk membangun entrepreneurial attitude yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention. Kata Kunci: Sikap Wirausaha, Pendidikan Wirausaha, Dukungan Keuangan, Ketersediaan Pasar, Niat Wirausaha
