Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investiagate the impact of entrepreneurial intention such as self efficacy, locus of control, and subjective norm on private university students in West Jakarta. This study involved 100 respondents who were private university students in West Jakarta and use purposive sampling technique for choosing the respondents. This research uses Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.3.3 as a data analysis method. The results of this research indicates that self efficacy and subjective norm affects the entrepreneurial intention, while locus of control not affect the entrepreneurial intention. Keywords : Self efficacy, locus of control, subjective norm, entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self efficacy, locus of control, dan subjective norm terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta Barat dan Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.3.3 sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Self efficacy dan Subjective norm berpengaruh terhadap Entrepereneurial intention, sedangkan locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intention Kata Kunci : Self efficacy, locus of control, subjective norm, entrepreneurial intention
