Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work stress, workload, and worklife-balance on employee turnover intention at PT. Gunung Sari Indonesia. This research took 60 respondents as samples of 200 employees at PT. Gunung Sari Indonesia. the sample data selected using the Purposive Sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed online and data processing using Smart PLS 3 software. The findings show that work stress and worklife-balance have significant relationship on employee turnover intention. However, workload are not significant on the turnover intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari work stress, workload, dan worklife-balance terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Gunung Sari Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 60 responden sebagai sampel dari 200 karyawan pada PT. Gunung Sari Indonesia. Data sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Kuisioner disebar melalui online dan pengolahan data menggunakan software Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa workstress dan worklife-balance memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Sedangkan, workload tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Keywords: : Work Stress, Workload, Worklife-balance, Turnover Intention
