Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an influence of motivation, work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were 100 employees of PT. Accor Group sampling method is done by random sampling method. This study uses data analysis with a partial least square (PLS) approach in the form of a smart-PLS version 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Accor Group. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan pendekatan partial least square (PLS) berupa aplikasi smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
