Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of PT Harum Aroma Nusantara in Jakarta. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Harum Aroma Nusantara, and there were 35 respondents in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between locus of control and self-efficacy on employee performance. Keywords: Locus Of Control, Self Efficacy, Employee Performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan PT Harum Aroma Nusantara di Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Harum Aroma Nusantara, dan terdapat 35 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif antara locus of control dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Locus Of Control, Self Efficacy, Kinerja Karyawan
