Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) entrepreneurs in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading. To examine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics in achieving the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) entrepreneurs in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading. To determine the effect of motivation in entrepreneurship on the success of entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents who were entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading. The sample selection technique in this study is non-probability sampling.Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed online and manually. The data analysis technique used the PLS SEM method. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading, entrepreneurial characteristics had a positive and significant impact on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading, motivation in entrepreneurship does not have a positive and significant effect on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) entrepreneurs in the culinary field in Kelapa Gading. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading. Untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan dalam mencapai keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dalam berwirausaha terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden yang merupakan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan secara manual. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading, karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading, motivasi dalam berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner di Kelapa Gading.
