Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of liquidity, solvency, sales growth and activity on financial difficulties in consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The companies used in this study were 32 companies with the sample selection technique used. is purposive sampling. The data processing technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the Eviews version 12 program. The results showed that liquidity and activity had a significant positive effect on financial difficulties. Solvency has a significant negative effect on financial difficulties and sales growth does not have a significant negative effect on financial difficulties.
