Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of sales growth on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is panel data consisting of time series data for 10 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 – 2021. The data is analyzed using a two stage least square analysis. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between sales growth mediated by accounts receivable turnover on company profitability, while sales growth mediated by inventory turnover did not show significant results on company profitability. Therefore, pharmaceutical companies must pay close attention to accounts receivable turnover when they want to increase their profitability.
