Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the travel industry was one of the most significantly affected and most office operations used the internet for their office activities. Therefore, this opens up opportunities for employees to use the internet not for office purposes but for their needs. This kind of activity is known as cyberloafing behavior. This study was to analyze the effect of organizational justice and abusive supervisor work stress on cyberloafing behavior with selfcontrol as a mediating variable. This research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with convenience sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 154 employees at the travel company employees PT. X in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Structure Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square at a 95% confidence level. Organizational justice and self-control were found to affect cyberloafing, while work stress and abusive supervisors did not significantly affect. Self-control was found to be unable to mediate the relationship between variables.
