Abstract

MSMEs are often constrained in obtaining funding, especially from banking institutions. This problem can be overcome by using financial services technology, namely Peer To Peer Lending. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the variables of user innovation, government support and performance expectations on the intention to use financial technology products among MSME players. Solving problems using TAM theory and UTAUT theory. The data used is primary data. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires by filling out question sheets made via the Google form. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents online through social media applications. The intended respondents are MSME entrepreneurs. The data collection method is purposive sampling. The data collected as many as 174 data. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that user innovation and performance expectations had a positive effect on the intention to use peer to peer lending. Another finding is that government support has no significant effect on the intention to use peer to peer lending. The original value of this research is that the theory of TAM and UTAUT can explain the relationship model in this study related to the intention to use Fintech by MSMEs.
