Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, and harga on keputusan pembelian in Gold’s Gym Px West Jakarta . The population is consumer who became member in Gold’s Gym Px and consumer who already join membership in Gold Gym Px. The Sampling frame for this research was limited to consumer Gold’s Gym Px in West Jakarta. The non-probability sampling methods used in this research. The methods of data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The findings of this research showed that citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, and harga significant on keputusan pembelian membership in Gold’s Gym Px West Jakarta
