Abstract
Enterprise Risk Management had become a global issues these days, as many many corporation around the world tends to lower their risk to rise their firm value. Beside the ERM, profitability and leverage had become a standard issues for a corporation that want to increase their value, as many research prove that these two variables have a significant effect on firm value. Return on equity had become an indicator to represent profitability for a long time, since many research before shows its significant effect on firm value, but latest research shows that ROE has a risk issue that can be fatal for investor if they don’t decide it well, so the latest research shows ROA is a better indicator to represent profitability. Leverage had shown its positive effect on firm value as it is proven by many research before, the latest issues shows that leverage has a negative effect on firm value. The purpose of this research is to prove those issues above on manufacturing corporation in differentiated industry sector at Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). This research will be served in Bahasa Indonesia with 99,5% Cofidence Level (degree of confidence).
