Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial factors consisting of financial performance, leverage, firm size and sales growth on firm value. This research was conducted at consumer non-cyclicals sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019 - 2021. The research sample used a purposive sampling method of 26 companies which were used as research objects. The study used secondary data which was processed using Eviews 12. The dependent variable, company value is proxied by the price per book value ratio, the ratio of the price per share to the book value per share. This study shows that financial performance and leverage have a significant positive effect on firm value, while firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value. In contrast to sales growth, it has no significant negative effect on firm value. Keywords: Financial Performance, Leverage, Firm Size, Sales Growth, Firm Value ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh faktor keuangan yang terdiri dari kinerja keuangan, leverage, firm size dan sales growth terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor consumer non cyclicals yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 26 perusahaaan yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 12. Variabel dependen, nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan rasio price per book value perbandingan harga saham per lembar dengan nilai buku per lembar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dan leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan firm size berpengaruh negatif signifikan nilai perusahaan. Berbeda dengan sales growth berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Kinerja keuangan, Leverage, Firm Size, Sales Growth, Nilai Perusahaan
