Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of important factor for the continuity of anykind of business. After the pandemic many work system is changing so its effecting job satisfaction. This research are done to find out if its any effect from motivation and compensation towards job satisfaction for every employee around West Jakarta. The technique used for sampling in this research is using Non-Probability sampling technique by using Purposive sampling method. The total of sample in this reseach is 90 respodents whois the employee of Food and Beverages SMe in West Jakarta. The Data analysis process was carried out by using the SEM-PLS method. This research shows that there are positive and significant effects on motivation and compensation towards jos satisfaction. (F) Motivation, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction.
