Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Central Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 88 respondents who were employees at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Central Jakarta. The data processing method used in this study is Partial Least Square. The results showed that work discipline had an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Central Jakarta, the work environment had an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Central Jakarta and compensation had no effect on employee satisfaction at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Central Jakarta. Suggestions that can be given for the company's work discipline variables are suggested to evaluate and improve the standards that have been set and maintain ethics at work. For work environment variables, companies are advised to improve room temperatures that are less cold and maintain bright office lighting. And for the compensation variable, companies are advised to pay attention to giving salaries that are in accordance with the hard work of employees.
