Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate di BEI periode tahun 2020-2022. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 38 perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terpilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan software E-Views 12 SV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas dan likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, nilai perusahaan ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of profitability, liquidity and company size on the value of property and real estate sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The number of samples in this research was 38 companies in the property and real estate sector selected using the purposive sampling method. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed with E- Views 12 SV software. The research results show that company size has a significant negative influence on company value. Profitability and liquidity do not have a significant influence on company value.
