ABSTRACT UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS JAKARTA (A) ANDREA YOGAS 115200075 (B) THE INFLUENCE OF SELF-EFFICACY, ENTREPRENEURIAL MOTIVATION, FAMILY SUPPORT, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION ON ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTIONS IN TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS (C) xviii + 120 Pages, 2023, 18 Tables, 10 Pictures, 4 Attachments (D) ENTREPRENEURIAL MANAGEMENT (E) Abstract: Based on the existing economic conditions to contribute to the country's economic recovery, the solution that can be provided is to create a new business, therefore, entrepreneurial intentions among students must be increased in order to overcome limited employment opportunities. All factors that influence a person's entrepreneurial intentions in entrepreneurship are often found in students who are currently undergoing undergraduate education and are planning their careers. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions among Tarumanagara University students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique because sampling is limited to certain characteristics according to the desired information. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed to Tarumanagara University students. The total sample was 126 respondents. The data analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this research are that self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and entrepreneurship education have an influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Semua faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha seseorang dalam kewirausahaan ini seringkali ditemukan pada mahasiswa yang sedang menjalani pendidikan sarjana dan sedang merencanakan karir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, motivasi wirausaha, dukungan keluarga, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling karena pengambilan sampel terbatas pada karakteristik tertentu sesuai dengan informasi yang diinginkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 126 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah efikasi diri, motivasi wirausaha, dukungan keluarga, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha.
