ABSTRACT UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS JAKARTA A) CAVELL SUNARIO (115200327) B) PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA PADA UMKM SALON DI JAKARTA C) Xvii + 86 pages, 2023, 22 tables, 3 pictures, 9 attachments D) Entrepreneurship E) Abstract: This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial orientation and motivation on business success. The sample selection technique in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were business manager who works salon businesses in Jakarta with a total of 104 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SEM method with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study show that there is a positive and insignificant influence on entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial orientation on business success, motivation has a positive and significant influence on business success. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan manager yang bekerja di bidang usaha salon di Jakarta dengan total sebanyak 104 responden.. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0.
