The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 employees who worked at TNT Media. The conclusion in this research is that organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a positive effect on work performance and motivation as a mediating variable. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan yang bekerja di TNT Media. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Budaya organisasi bepengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi.
