Abstract
ABSTRACT TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF ECONOMY AND BUSINESS JAKARTA (A) OLIVER BUDI WANGGE (B) THE EFFECT OF TEAMWORK AND TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING VARIABLE ON EMPLOYEE AT PT BOOM JUARA. (C) xvi+70 pages, 2023, tables 24, pictures 9, attachments 4 (D) HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (E) Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of teamwork and training on employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The sample of this research is employee at PT Boom Juara Emas. Samples were selected using a non-probability sampling method totaling 48 respondents by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling supported by the smartPLS program version 4.0.9.6 the results obtained in this study are that there is a positive influence of teamwork and training on job satisfaction but there’s negative influence on employee performance but job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee performance. (C) xvi+70 halaman, 2023, tabel 24, gambar 9, lampiran 4 (D) MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (E) Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kerjasama tim dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada karyawan PT Boom Juara Emas. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling yang berjumlah 48 responden dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling yang dibantu dengan program smartPLS versi 4.0.9.6. Hasil yang didapat yaitu terdapat pengaruh dari kerjasama tim dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kerjasama tim dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sementara kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
